Scheduling

The length of available Camp Sessions are 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, and 5 days.
20 person minimum for each session
If you have 30 people in your group, you will receive a 5% discount.
If you maximize the bunk house at 42 people, you will receive a 15% discount.

COST

Cost is $100 per participant per day.

Lodging
Meals
Presentations
Physical Training (workouts and skill courses)

Closed Session: Reserve the Camp for your group alone.

Open Session: Reserve a date for your group but allowing others from across the country to come and join in on your session.

There are many families or youth groups in smaller towns that would love to come and participate in a Camp Gargano session but cannot meet the minimum requirement of 20 people. Opening your session to these groups or individuals is a great way to build unity among Catholic men in the USA.

Reservations/Cancellations

Reservations are confirmed with a 25% deposit and the signed contract.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is within 6 months of Confirmed Camp Session.
Camp Session Date cannot be transferred to another date if within 60 days of the original Confirmed Camp Session date.
All Registration Forms along with the balance is due 30 days from the event.
